Copper Products that we Supply:
-
Foil is very thin metal, often under 0.2mm.
Strip is a broader category that includes foil but generally refers to thicker metal.
Coil describes how foil or strip is stored and delivered, in a rolled-up format.
-
A custom cut shape is cut into a specific, often unique, shape or design based on custom specifications. This shape can vary widely depending on the requirements of a project, from simple geometric forms (like circles, rectangles, and triangles) to complex, intricate designs.
-
A component is any part or piece made of metal that serves a specific function within a larger system, machine, or structure. Metal components are integral to a vast array of industries due to metals’ strength, durability, conductivity, and versatility. They can range from very simple shapes to complex, intricate forms, depending on their purpose and design requirements.
-
A cut blank is a flat piece of metal that has been cut to a specific shape and size, often as a preliminary step in manufacturing or fabrication. Blanks serve as the starting material for further processing, where they may be stamped, formed, machined, or otherwise modified to create finished components or products.
-
Foil with Conductive Adhesive Lamination refers to a thin metal foil that has been laminated with a layer of conductive adhesive. This creates a material that not only has the conductive properties of the metal foil but also has an adhesive backing that can carry electrical current or provide shielding.
-
A metal sheet is a flat, thin piece of metal with a uniform thickness, widely used across various industries due to its versatility, strength, and formability. Metal sheets are generally between 0.5mm and 6mm in thickness. Anything thicker is usually classified as plate, while thinner materials (under 0.5 mm) are called foil.
-
A metal bar is a solid piece of metal with a uniform cross-section, typically manufactured in long lengths. Metal bars come in various shapes and sizes and are commonly used in construction, manufacturing, and fabrication due to their strength, versatility, and wide range of available materials.
-
Metal wire is a thin, flexible strand or rod of metal that has been drawn out to a specified diameter. Metal wire is commonly used in electrical applications, construction, manufacturing, jewellry, and other industries due to its flexibility, conductivity, strength, and versatility.
What is Copper?
Copper is a chemical element with the symbol Cu and atomic number 29. It is one of the oldest metals used by humans, dating back to prehistoric times. Copper is renowned for its excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, malleability, and ductility, making it a crucial material in various applications.
Applications of Copper Foil:
Transformers
Screens
Shims
Gaskets
Busbar
Architectural
Marine
Battery Connectors
Connectors
Art Installations
Craft
Radiator Fins

Heat Sink
Antimicrobial Surfaces and Touch Plates
Why Choose Copper Foil?
Conductivity: Copper is an outstanding conductor of electricity and heat. This makes it ideal for use in electrical wiring, motors, and heat exchangers.
Malleability and Ductility: Copper can be easily shaped and stretched without breaking. This property is valuable in the manufacture of pipes, tubes, and various other forms.
Corrosion Resistance: Copper has good resistance to corrosion, particularly in moist environments, making it suitable for plumbing and roofing materials.
Antimicrobial Properties: Copper and its alloys have natural antimicrobial properties, which are beneficial in healthcare settings to reduce the spread of infections.
Environmental and Economic Importance
Recyclability: Copper is 100% recyclable without any loss of quality. Recycling copper saves energy and reduces the need for mining new copper ore, making it an environmentally friendly material.
