Products we can offer:

    • Foil is very thin metal, often under 0.2mm.

    • Strip is a broader category that includes foil but generally refers to thicker metal.

    • Coil describes how foil or strip is stored and delivered, in a rolled-up format.

  • A component is any part or piece made of metal that serves a specific function within a larger system, machine, or structure. Metal components are integral to a vast array of industries due to metals’ strength, durability, conductivity, and versatility. They can range from very simple shapes to complex, intricate forms, depending on their purpose and design requirements.

  • A cut blank is a flat piece of metal that has been cut to a specific shape and size, often as a preliminary step in manufacturing or fabrication. Blanks serve as the starting material for further processing, where they may be stamped, formed, machined, or otherwise modified to create finished components or products.

  • A metal sheet is a flat, thin piece of metal with a uniform thickness, widely used across various industries due to its versatility, strength, and formability. Metal sheets are generally between 0.5mm and 6mm in thickness. Anything thicker is usually classified as plate, while thinner materials (under 0.5 mm) are called foil.

  • Formed components are parts or structures created by shaping metal into specific forms and designs using various manufacturing techniques. These components are typically used across a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, electronics, construction, and consumer goods, due to their durability, versatility, and structural integrity.

Phosphor Bronze Metal Foil Properties:

Phos Bronze is a strong and resilient metal. This makes it great for products that need to be resistant to fatigue, wear or corrosion like industrial components.

It is an alloy of copper containing both tin and phosphorous. The tin makes it easier when casting because the metal has more fluidity when molten. Also because it is an alloy of copper it has relatively good electrical conductivity. An example is the fuse clips inside a domestic plug.

Phosphor Bronze has good elasticity and is commonly used for springs. It is also a good material for processes like pressing, punching and bending as it is known for its high performance and longevity
